Stevynne’s Home Fragrances LLC was founded by Stevynne Callahan, whose life journey has been deeply shaped by resilience, healing, and the search for peace. Born with Tetralogy of Fallot, a rare congenital heart defect that disrupts normal blood flow, she underwent open-heart surgery at just 11 months old. In 2012, she faced another open-heart surgery after her heart valve began to fail, a reminder of the ongoing journey that comes with this condition.

Years later, in 2018, she noticed changes in her body and, through her own research, suspected she was experiencing Dystonia, a neurological movement disorder. Her symptoms included involuntary shaking of her head and legs, and at times, changes in her voice to a child-like pitch. After seeking care from a specialist, she was diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), confirming that the symptoms she had been experiencing were neurological in nature.

Stevynne began navigating the daily reality of living with this very visible, challenging and debilitating condition. Alongside the effects of living with PTSD and endometriosis, Stevynne knows firsthand the importance of creating moments of calm and sanctuary — a peace she shares not only through fragrance but also in the quiet comfort of her emotional support dog, Salem Marie. Her name means “peaceful star of the sea.” She is a reminder that pets are family and an inseparable part of home life.

Her love for fragrance began in childhood, when she would spend hours playing in her mother’s perfume collection—curiously mixing scents together to create her own unique blends. What started as child-like wonder grew into a life-long passion for fragrance as a tool for creativity, comfort, and self-expression.

Fragrance became more than a passion—it became a form of therapy, a way to nurture the mind, body, and spirit even through the most difficult days. Out of this personal healing practice, Stevynne’s Home Fragrances LLC was born: a brand dedicated to women who crave balance, harmony, and a safe space to rest.
