Every Woosah Moment is packed in our signature insulated purple mailers, designed to protect your wax melts from heat, cold, and moisture during transit. While minor softening, sweating, or firmness changes can occasionally occur in extreme weather, rest assured — this will not affect the fragrance or performance of your melts.
Once your package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for weather-related or carrier-related damage. But know that we do everything with love, care, and protection so your order arrives ready to create your sanctuary.
At Stevynne’s Home Fragrances LLC, every order is carefully packed with love and attention to ensure it arrives safely. Once your package has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier.
